By accessing and using NovaTools (novatools.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

2. License & Client-Side Software Use

NovaTools grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the browser-based utilities for personal and commercial document/media manipulation.

Because all computation occurs directly on your client hardware, you are solely responsible for ensuring your computer or browser has sufficient processing capabilities and memory to perform file conversions.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use NovaTools to:

• Violate any local, national, or international copyright laws or intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit the underlying platform in an abusive manner.
• Distribute malicious software or engage in unauthorized scraping or denial-of-service attempts.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

NovaTools is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While our WebAssembly and PDF algorithms are rigorously tested, NovaTools does not guarantee that file conversions will be error-free or that specific data structures will be fully preserved in all edge-case PDF/media variations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NovaTools or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the tools or from accidental loss of data. Users are advised to retain original backups of their files before processing.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
